Introduction

Welcome to the Valdo South Africa Loyalty Program (“the Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. This Program is operated by Valdo South Africa (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Eligibility

2.1. The Program is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and are residents of South Africa.

2.2. Employees, representatives, or agents of Valdo South Africa, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Enrollment

3.1. To join the Program, you must create an account on the Valdo South Africa website and opt into the Program.

3.2. Only one loyalty account per person is permitted.

Earning Points

4.1. Members earn points for every purchase made on the Valdo South Africa website. The current rate of earning is 1 point per R1 spent.

4.2. Points may also be earned through special promotions and activities as communicated by us from time to time.

4.3. Points are credited to your account within 24 hours of the qualifying purchase or activity.

Redeeming Points

5.1. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, as per the current redemption rates specified on the Program page.

5.2. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another account.

5.3. Points must be redeemed within 24 months of being earned. Unredeemed points will expire and be forfeited.

Program Benefits

6.1. Members of the Program will receive exclusive offers, early access to sales, and other benefits as determined by us.

6.2. Benefits are subject to change at our discretion and will be communicated via email or on the website.

Account Management

7.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activity that occurs under your account.

7.2. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

Termination and Modifications

8.1. We reserve the right to terminate or modify the Program and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

8.2. If the Program is terminated, members will have 30 days to redeem any remaining points before they are forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

9.1. Valdo South Africa is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed data, or any other issues beyond our control.

9.2. By participating in the Program, you agree to release Valdo South Africa from any liability arising from your participation in the Program.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
